Update On New Kendrick Lamar Album

Kendrick Lamar had hinted at a possible release date of April 7 on his track, The Heart Pt. 4. But instead, like The Ring, we'll have to wait another seven days.

The rapper made the untitled album available for pre-order on iTunes, revealing only that there will be 14 tracks and that the recently released track "Humble" will be track number eight.

Although this is not the surprise we were all hoping to wake up to today, we are a mere SEVEN days away from being blessed with the next K Dot album.

Here’s a look at his first weeks numbers for his first three studio albums:

Section.80: 5,000 copies, based on digital downloads

Good Kid, M.A.A.D City: 242,000 copies

To Pimp A Butterfly: 324,000 copies

If I was a gambling man, I’d be willing to bet he shatters those numbers.
