DMX just can’t seem to stay away from the po-po. He was arrested earlier this week at his home in Phoenix for speeding back in January. That’s when radar cameras clocked him doing about 114 miles an hour in a 65 mile an hour zone. He’s charged with racing on a highway, reckless driving, criminal speed, driving with a suspended license. Not to mention, X is in trouble for animal abuse after authorities found 12 malnourished dogs and 3 dead dogs at his home. SIT DOWN, X!!

The Rev. Al Sharpton is out of jail today after he and 200 others protested the no-guilty verdicts of the officers who shot Sean Bell 50 times. The Rev. and Sean’s fiancé were both locked up for blocking traffic and disorderly conduct. Rev. Sharpton says it’s a movement.

Sharpton and members of Sean Bell’s family are set to meet today with New York’s Governor behind closed doors. Meanwhile, the president of the Detectives Union met with some congress members to block any federal civil rights charges against the detectives acquitted last month.

T.I. is talking about all of his drama. He did a special on BET last night called “T.I. Speaks.” T.I. talked candidly about his federal gun charges and even took questions. One young lady asked what was his biggest obstacle.

T.I. is under house arrest for those buying guns and silencers.

Is R. Kelly ever going to trial?? I hear lawyers in his child pornography case want more time to prepare their case. A judge could rule on that tomorrow. Tomorrow is also when jury selection is supposed to start. Kelly maintains it’s not him in that videotape having sex with an underage girl.

Russell Simmons is in a fight—for joint custody of his kids. You know his wife, Kimora Lee filed for divorce last year. Well, she’s also asking a judge to give Russell ‘reasonable’ visitation rights to their two girls, but the children’s nanny and security have to be present!

Comedian Mike Epps isn’t laughing this morning, instead is facing accusations of attacking a man. The victim says he was trying to serve Mike papers when Mike and his boys beat him down. The man says they even took his cell phone and keys. So far, no comment from Mike.

Mariah is finally ‘fessin’ up! She’s told “People” magazine she is married to Nick Cannon and she’s never known love like this! Mariah admitted she has a tattoo that says “Mrs. Cannon” on her neck—it was there even when she was on Oprah.

Lil’ Mama is the ‘Voice of the Young People’, but apparently the young people aren’t listening. Her CD released last week only sold 19,000 copies debuting at #25.
