Red Ventures is located at 1101 Red Ventures Drive Fort Mill, SC 29707. Red Ventures is headquartered in the Ballantyne area but also has a location in the University Area of Charlotte and offices in Brazil and the UK. We currently employ 2,700 people and are one of the fastest-growing companies in Charlotte. What we do is complex and a little difficult to explain, but we specialize in technology, digital marketing, and sales. We connect online customers with home services, financial services, and healthcare. Essentially, we launch websites and ad campaigns on behalf of big brands (like DIRECTV) and make it easier for people to call in and get what they’re looking for. Customers get a fantastic, easy experience, and our brand partners get more customers than they could have otherwise reached or converted. Win-win! We’re known for our offices (which have some crazy amenities) and for our company culture - we’ve been named the Best Place to Work by the Charlotte Business Journal for 10 years in a row!

We’ll show you the cafés, basketball court, Living Room area, and bowling alley.

We believe our world-class talent deserves world-class amenities and provide tons of opportunities for employees to get involved. Intramural sports, learning, and development training programs, free fitness classes, community involvement, and tons more. Two things we’re really hyper-focused on are learning & development, and community involvement. A perfect example of that is our Road to Hire program, which is a paid professional training program for people who don’t have college degrees but are hard workers and high performers. Lauren will be on the tour with us and is actually a graduate of this program who is now very successful at Red Ventures. After graduating she became a sales agent and is now managing her own team. She can talk a bit about her background, about the program, and her success at Red Ventures. The road to Hire is just one of the many economic mobility efforts coming out of Red Ventures. Recently our CEO launched a massive Puerto Rico relief effort in which he donated $5M of his own money to help rebuild. The Living Room area is where we host most big events now, including our Red Talks series (like TED Talks). We’ve had Third Eye Blind play an acoustic show here, Thomas Davis stopped by a few weeks ago. Doesn’t have to be work-related, just enriching for our employees. We can wrap up in the bowling alley and talk about our recent company-wide tournament as a good transition to the L&D center. The tournament was entirely employee-led and raised $12,000 for charity. The new building will host TONS more community events and internal events. Again, we put a HUGE emphasis on learning and development at Red Ventures. Our RedTalks series, internal leadership training programs, Road to Hire. The building has tons of state-of-the-art equipment which we can point out as we go.

The first thing we’re using the new building for is Culture FEST – which will be a 3-day conference for RV employees where we’re bringing in external speakers (like TED Talks), A-list entertainment, and we’re turning the entire campus into a carnival with Ferris wheels, bumper cars, etc. We’re hiring right now for technology, marketing, and sales careers, click here to check those out at. You can also keep up with all the crazy events coming up at the Red Ventures on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram @RedVentures.
