Jay-Z is now the richest person in hip-hop.

Diddy has reigned supreme for quite a while now as the richest person in hip-hop, but he has finally taken a back seat to Hova himself.

According to Forbes, Jay is worth a staggering $900 million. At this rate, he will eclipse a billion in no time.

Rounding out the list is Diddy at number two at $825 million, Dr. Dre at number three at $770 million, and then quite a large drop-off at four and five with a tie between Drake and Eminem at $100 million.
