Let’s face it. If you have kids and you have done a photoshoot, you can relate to this.
As a photographer, I have done my fair share of family photos, and I can tell you this: Kim Kardashian is keeping it real with her caption on this photo from their Easter extravaganza.
She says “I don’t think you really understand how hard it is to take a good family pic. This was all we got before all three kids started crying. I think I cried too.”
When getting family photos taken with young children, it’s always hard, and most of the time, they will start to cry because they don’t like the structure of staying still, being fussed over, and being dressed a certain way. So reading that caption really drives home the point – yes, even though they are famous, they still have some of the same issues, haha!
A tip for parents looking to get photos of their kids taken: find a photographer who’s willing to run around with them and take the time to let them be a little more free. Also, bring snacks. Lots of snacks.
