Well Drake wanted to take care of his people out there and spent $10,000 on custom ice cream carts with custom written lyrics from his album Scorpion. He his promoting the album and said that is a cool thing to do on a hot day for the community. The album has millions of streams and decided to give some of that love back on this hot day.
