Why should we drink more water?

Why should you drink more water you may ask? Water is essential to your body and keeps your body running. Here’s a few bullets on why water is good for you.

  • Water can help control calories (Helps with weight loss)
  • Water helps maintain your body fluids (60% of your body is made of water)
  • Water helps energize your muscles (Sweating at the gym)
  • Water keeps your skin looking good (Reduces the risk of pimples)

A lot of people are not aware of the benefits of water. Even though water is need to survive, water can be used as a beauty method. Water clears up your skin if you drink enough of it and it also helps with acne.

Tips on how to drink more water:

  1. Have a glass of water with every meal!
  2. Keep a jug of water in your car and on your desk at work!
  3. Eat more fruits and veggies!
  4. Challenge yourself!
  5. Exercise more!
