Two More Rap Artist Vehicles Shot Up: Is There Something Going On Bigger Than Rap

YFN Lucci’s red G-Wagon was shot up in Atlanta on Friday night. The Mercedes SUV was being driven by an associate of Lucci’s who suffered two gunshot wounds.

The SUV is registered to Lucci’s mother but was recently used in the rapper’s music video. When Lucci picked up the vehicle it was riddled with bullets and the driver says that while driving he heard shots and was hit in the shoulder.

Following that incident,

Police responded at 11:10 p.m after shots were fired at Yo Gotti’s unoccupied tour bus. Officers checked the vehicle and found no gunshot victims on board. Police said the shooting was apparently targeted vandalism, but the motive is unknown, according to Rap-up. The case is under investigation.

Yo Gotti was performing at Mercy Lounge in Nashville on his free “Only the Streets Know” fan appreciation tour, which wraps in Houston on Thursday.

Following the shooting, Gotti returned to Instagram, writing, “Nashville = ❤️ NEXT STOP HOUSTON TX!!!!!”

This is the latest incident in a string of hip-hop-related shootings. Earlier this month, Young Thug and NBA YoungBoy were both allegedly targeted during shootings. On Friday, YFN Lucci’s Mercedes G-Wagon was shot up during a drive-by shooting in Atlanta where one person suffered two gunshot wounds.
