Summer hasn’t officially started but the Queen City is already hot!
Starting Memorial Day we begin what is known as the 100 hottest days of summer, and of course, we all want a way to get out of the blazing sun. Here are a few safety tips and cool ways to keep from burning up this summer around the QC!

You can have fun in the sun on a trail, or you can stay inside in one of the multi-purpose rooms, full-size gym, and of course, you can swim! They also have athletic and aquatic programs available.

Stay cool at Carowinds waterpark where rides, slides, and cabanas are all available to keep the family fun going. Carolina Harbor hours are 11 am to 5 pm

From mountain biking, zip lining, yoga, and whitewater rafting the whitewater center offers many ways to relax have some family fun and keep the heat at bay.
