She rejects a plea deal where she would’ve received a conditional discharge in return.
Cardi was back in court today to deal with the new charges in her strip club fight case. The BET Album of the Year winner pled not guilty on 12 charges that included attempted assault in the 2nd degree.
Cardi was originally charged with two misdemeanors for ordering an attack on two bartenders, Jade and Baddie G, who was allegedly messing with her husband Offset.
Cardi rejected a plea deal where she would’ve received a conditional discharge in return for pleading guilty to a single misdemeanor.
Instead, Cardi was charged with misdemeanor reckless endangerment, assault, criminal solicitation, conspiracy, and harassment. If convicted Cardi faces four years in jail.
