For those who want to lose weight but don't know how or where to start, look here. For the longest I didn't want to go to the gym to lose weight, I was looking to do any and everything except work out but now there's no excuse. I want to do it differently though, let's make this an ongoing thing, I'm going to document every time I go to the gym in a regular blog or vlog, but I want you all to do the same, document each and every time you go to the gym or workout that way you have something to look forward to. You will be able to tell the difference from your first video to the last one when you get to your desired weight and/or shape. Day 1 is in the books on my IG page and day 2 begins today. If you don't hear from me after today just know I left it all in the gym. LOL lets get healthy together but I'm not going vegan.
