If you are dealing with the prices in rent in Charlotte, you’re not the only one of course.
As so many people move to Charlotte every day, of course, rent for an apartment will be priced pretty high. One bedroom around here is going for around 1,300 and up. That pretty crazy considering a whole house could be cheaper for a mortgage. Charlotte Stories shared what the average rents are around North Carolina.
Chapel Hill is still priced the highest. But it seems Charlotte’s rent is decreasing just a little bit, which is good news for me!
