Flu season have everyone in an uproar but here are a few easy steps to prevent the flu:
- wash your hands when you, leave the rest room, before you eat, and get into the house.
- Cough in your arm to prevent air born pathogens.
- Keep from hands touching your face.
- Prevent yourself from nail biting.
