NC Hospital Linked To E. Coli Outbreak

Romaine lettuce from California contaminated with E. coli linked to North Carolina hospital.

A warning was issued on Friday concerning a multi-state E. coli outbreak.  Hospital in Hendersonville said the hospital received a shipment of romaine lettuce the same day the warning was issued.

Prior to receiving the notification AdventHealth Hendersonville used 2 of the 6 bags that were shipped.

Officials informed patients and the public about the outbreak.
