Why wait till the summer to get fit.

A lot of us skip leg day like it doesn’t exist. The leg is important in our everyday life.  They give us good posture, helps with weight loss and so much more. WCCB’s Zach Aldridge is my work out partner and he will be demonstrating the moment.

This exercise is called “Standing Leg Press.” Targeting the glutes and hips for more definition.

Ladies, if your looking for a firm look in your butt 3 sets of this will give you the results you are looking for. Fellas don’t worry, It’ll benefit you as well.  This exercise gives you more leg isolation.  Instead of doing traditional squats or leg press.  You can focus the strength one leg at a time.
