So, I first saw this home on Cardi's IG just like everyone else. I was like sheesh! Then I started seeing a few more things about the home like an underground gun range and more. I honestly thought the home would be at least 9-12 million, but boy was I ever wrong. According to various listing reports, the home was listed for a little over 5 million and had been on the market for over 250 days. I'm pretty sure with the home being on the market that long, they probably didn't pay almost 6 million. Nonetheless, it is an absolutely beautiful home. Check it out! Congrats to the Cephus Family.
