The Hornets took to the court last night to take on the New York Knicks. Just like other NBA teams, the Hornets began the game honoring Kobe Bryant. Before the game began, the Hornets had a remarkable tribute to Kobe on the Jumbotron. The Hornets then began the game with a 24-second shot clock violation and following that the Knicks took an 8 second back violation. A standing ovation ensued with chants of Kobe throughout the arena. In attendance dawning a custom number 8, Kobe sweater was the Charlottes own two time Grammy nominee Da Baby.
Da Baby was on daddy duty with his son courtside and was taking a break from a rigorous tour schedule. Fans began to swarm him as he was placed on the Jumbotron. In true Baby style, he obliged his fans taking selfies courtside, taking pictures in the Hornets private VIP, and signed autographs to almost anybody who asked. He did all this while on daddy duty and displaying that Billion Dollar Baby Smile. Oh, yea by the way the Hornets won the game. Lol.
