Looks Like “The Game” Won’t Be Back

Mara Brock Akil and Devon Gregory have been working hard to bring the hit TV series, The Game back to the CW but it looks like that won't be happening. It appears the two sides could not agree on a few key points.
Mara wanted to move the show to Baltimore, Maryland and keep the show at one-hour. CW didn't want to move the show and wanted it to go back to 30 minutes. Mara's idea for the new reboot was to bring the original cast back in a mentor role to the new generation.
There is still hope. Just means the show now has to be shopped and picked up by a different network.
