A numerous amount of Real estate company`s  have released a list of cities that are beneficial when it comes to home investment. The Carolina's are booming as it dominates the list with its cities  for having one of the best housing market.

All five cities on the list, presented in alphabetical order, are in the South. overall the best results focus is on cities in Texas and the Carolina's.

San Antonio, Texas :

Population: 1.49 million.

Median home price: $184,322

Dallas,Texas:

Population: 1.34 million.

Median home price: $233,148

Charlotte, NC:

Population: 859,035.

Median home price: $248,811

Raleigh, NC

Population: 464,758.

Median home price: $284,246

Charleston, NC:

Population: 130,113
