Great Superfood Quarantine Snack For Parents
Mommies and Daddies, if you don’t know, I love to cook! I mean LOVE to cook. I’m always creating all sorts of recipes, and put together a really good snack. This snack can be paired with salmon, tuna, shrimp, or just by itself.
Head to the store and grab you a kale bunch. Cut the kale up to your liking into a bowl. Once you’ve done that, add basil, sea salt, garlic (or regular) pepper, and Parmesan cheese. To top it all off, I used a hand grater and grated some Brussell sprouts on it. Let me tell you its super delicious! I know I should get away from the dairy, but there are vegan and dairy-free cheese options that you can substitute. Add sunflower kernels, pumpkin seeds, and top with Caesar croutons. Then top with a poppyseed dressing. Then, boom! You’re in there.
