If You Test Positive For Coronavirus Here Is A Small List Of Things You May Not Think Of To Help You Get Well
This bacteria is spreading way faster than any of us ever imagined, and it’s pretty crazy that overnight the numbers are increasing for individuals who test positive for the Coronavirus….

TUCSON, AZ – DECEMBER 09: A change purse and container of Vic’s Vapor Rub are kept in a sealed bag of personal effects at the Pima County Office of the Medical Examiner on December 9, 2014 in Tucson, Arizona. The items were found with the skeletal remains of a person discovered in the Arizona desert on September 23, 2014. Forensic anthropologists attempt to identify the deceased by studying personal effects and bodily remains. Most are from undocumented immigrants who died of dehydration while crossing illegally into the U.S. from Mexico. The center currently has 90 bodies in the morgue and, on average, receives 176 per year, most found by ranchers and Border Patrol agents. Identified remains are repatriated, along with personal items, to their home countries, and the others will be cremated. (Photo by John Moore/Getty Images)

After Mecklenburg County ordered residents to stay at home effective 8 am this morning, we can only hope that the virus will stop spreading.
We should continue to follow the steps we need to be doing in order to not get the virus-like STAYING AT HOME, washing hands properly for 20sec, hand sanitizing when going out and before coming back in the house, and staying 6ft from people in public areas.
Now if we have been infected and exposed to COVID-19 here are some light suggestions that will ease the process of having all that bad mucus in your system in hopes of getting it out. Paracetamol is highly essential which will help relieve pain and reduce fevers. Paracetamol is used to treat headaches, muscle aches, colds, and fevers. Tylenol can be used as well but NO Ibuprofen/Motrin/Advil these will only worsen the virus.
Vicks Vapor rub can be used for your chest. Humidifiers can be used overnight to benefit breathing or also breathing in steam (boiling hot water with orange peels and ginger can help.) Make sure to drink lots of clear fluids and get lots of rest because your body deserves it. Keep your distance from loved ones as you try to beat Coronavirus. Most of these are common sense, but I'm sure they are helpful.
