Last night, the Let’s Go Crazy: The GRAMMY Salute to Prince television special aired on CBS. The event, hosted by Maya Rudolph, featured artists coming together to commemorate the fourth anniversary of the singer’s death. Artists that sang and took part in the event included John Legend, Chris Martin, H.E.R., Sheila E., Common, Juanes, and Usher.
There were many highlights during the show, including John Legend’s rendition of “Nothing Compares 2 U,” The Foo Fighters cover of “Darling Nikki,” and Sheila E’s medley of “America,” “Free,” and “The Glamorous Life.”
Fans went to Twitter during and after the event to honor Prince and give their mixed reactions about the musical special. See the highlights below.
