Carolina Mall in Concord is now open! Stores within have either opened or are preparing to open while still following the local health orders. Scheduled hours are soon to be announced including official opening dates. The mall’s administration is dedicated to maintaining the recommended guidelines and procedures by the CDC and the Department of Public Health in order to ensure a safe shopping experience.

The local stay-at-home order has been slightly altered with ease and guidelines are now parallel to that of the state.  Although the nation is still struggling to contain the virus, effective measures have been taken and may possibly allow things to return to normal. Some Businesses have been given the green light to resume.

Newly relaxed restrictions allow real estate services and car dealerships among other businesses as well as funerals to get back to work as usual. Other activities, traveling, and essential function restrictions will remain in place until further notice.
