Man, I tell you. This was an extremely fun project that I'm going to be adding more veggies on my list to grow.

A few weeks ago, I posted a blog about making a raised garden bed. The kids and I built it and planted kale and cucumbers. I was super excited to see the fruits of our labor, and boy was it ever so rewarding.

Check out how big the cucumbers were.

After I picked my cucumbers, I cut the kale that I grew and made a small salad. It was absolutely delicious!

Next, I plan on planting more kale, squash, and possibly some zucchini. Follow me on my gardening journey.
