Krissah Thompson has been named Managing Editor at The Washington Post. She is the 1st Black woman in the position in the 143 year history of the newspaper. Krissah will lead newsroom efforts in recruiting, hiring, promotion and mentorship. In a statement Krissah said, “a diverse staff makes our reporting better.” Congratulations!
