I know you’re reading this wondering what big changes could be coming, and honestly, I think these two things are what if’s, but you never know.

Let’s start with the Black Lives Mural. We saw many cities painting murals on the streets of their cities, and Charlotte jumped in with an extremely creative mural spelling out Black Lives Matter. It seems as though this mural has caused the City of Charlotte to look at spaces in the city in a more creative light finally.

Next up is the thought of a public square. I’m not opposed to this, because there can be many festivals, street food vendors, street vendors, and more that could create business opportunities for small businesses. Drop your comments and tell us what you think about the below possible proposed public square.
