Complete List of the 2020 VMA Nominees

The MTV VMA’s go down this Sunday.  The Carolinas will definitely be represented as DaBaby is up for 4 awards including “Artist of the Year” and he is performing.  However, Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande are leading the pack with 9 VMA nominations.  Billie Eilish and The Weeknd follow with six nominations each.

KeKe Palmer will be hosting the 2020 VMAs.  Chloe X Halle and Jack Harlow are just 2 of the performers that will featured during the pre-show.  In addition to the DaBaby, Black Eyed Peas, Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, and The Weeknd will take the main stage at the award ceremony.

This year’s show has some new additions due to the coronavirus pandemic.  Two new categories include "Best Music Video From Home" and "Best Quarantine Performance”.  Frontline Medical Workers will also be included in the show.
