When North Carolina Gov. Cooper signed executive orders extending the prohibition of evictions and shutting off utilities has come to an end for some folks Countrywide. This executive order does not mean that a person's rent is waived completely, or that a tenant cannot be evicted for reasons other than the coronavirus.
