After 7 seasons, Doc Rivers has been fired as head coach of the Los Angeles Clippers.  Rivers’ dismissal comes after the Clippers blew a 3-1 lead in the playoffs, losing their 3 final games to the Denver Nuggets. Following his team’s loss in Game 7 last Tuesday, Rivers told reporters, “I’m the coach, and I’ll take any blame for it.”  Doc Rivers hopped on Twitter to send a message to fans after the news of his termination broke.  Check the message out below.
