Missy Elliot is making dreams come true. A bride-to-be that found her dream wedding dress, but due to a tight budget and the couple’s mounting bills, she didn’t know if she was going to be able to afford the $1,300 gown. Missy Elliot stepped in and covered the full cost. The bride says she was in a restaurant with her mom when she saw Missy sent the money in full and broke down in tears.
