All we want to know is, how long will it take for us to get in shape. The older the body, the more challenging it might be, but if we turn to a vegan meal at least 3 times a week, it could help. So if you exercise regularly, over a bit of time we will gain momentum to sustain our new lifestyle. They say to give it 6 to 8 weeks to see or notice changes, and within the 3rd and 4th month we’re rocking a new body!
We all need a bit encouragement to get back in the gym or at least start walking the neighborhood or even exercising at home during TV commercials. .5 mile run/jog/walk or 15 min stair stepper
Set 1 (Repeat 3 times)
10 Single Leg Deadlift (Each Leg)
Set 2 (Repeat 3 Times)
20 Alternating Backward Overhead Lunges
10 Side Lunges (Each Leg)
