The Black Girl Magic that is Issa Rae is celebrating her birthday today.  The actress, writer, and producer turns 36 years old.  I have been a huge fan of Issa going back to her popular web series “Awkward Black Girl“.  Today, she has a hit TV show, “Insecure” on HBO, has starred in numerous movies, and has won countless awards for her work.  Check out 20 times Issa looked Hella Dope below.  Happy Birthday!
