Dishin’ With Debbie-Mini Buffalo Pierogies

Sometimes we are looking for an indulgent comfort food snack we can throw together any time of day.  That's where Mrs. T's Mini Pierogies come in!

I love the flavors you get from a buffalo sauce, usually with chicken wings during the big game.  What if you did a twist on the famous dish and swapped out those traditional wings for delicious pasta pockets filled with cheese and fluffy potatoes?  The result is truly amazing.  I almost couldn't stop eating them.
