Let me be the first to say I have spent some serious coins with Fortnite dealing with my son. Every time I would turn around he needed money for V Bucks. I swear I spent so much, I felt like my debit card was held hostage!

So last night I received an email about a class action lawsuit. Of course with anything, there are some stipulations. In some cases, a claim won’t need to filed. If you purchased with loot box within a certain timeframe, your 1000 v-bucks will automatically  be dumped into your account.

What apparently happened from what I gather, is user purchased loot boxes and weren’t the random items they expected within the scope of items shown. The loot boxes stopped being offered, but apparently folks weren’t happy because they sued. If you need to file a claim, click here to do so.
