The man accused of killing MO3 was indicted this week. Kewon Dontrell White has been indicted on murder charges for the fatal shooting. Next month, he is scheduled to stand trial in federal court. If he is found guilty of murder, he faces anywhere from 10 years to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Mo3 was fatally gunned down last November while driving on Interstate 35E in Texas. Images show the gunman chasing after Mo3 while wearing a dark-colored ski mask. The rapper’s car reportedly crashed into a median during the shooting and he tried to flee the scene on foot.
