Later, I found out that various local black owned restaurants that either had a mobile extension, or were a food truck only, would gather in the same food truck experience. I knew this was something that I had to experience.
Of course COVID happened, and things like this slowed down due to governmental mandates, but now, it's back. This is a great way to plan your dinner for tomorrow!
