Little Mama’s Italian

Little Mama’s features heartwarming foods inspired by classic Italian-American recipes. Try the fresh mozz bar and scratch-made pasta. A full bar, sunroom, and dining room give you a variety of spaces to enjoy yourself and have a leisurely time with a cold beverage and some food like your grandmother used to make. Inspired by the 1960s and 70s Italian restaurants of his youth, Frank Scibelli opened Little Mama’s in 2020 as a sister concept to Mama Ricotta’s, a Midtown fixture since 1992 known for its pizzas and comfort classics. We are located in the Porter Building across from the SouthPark mall, near Diamonds Direct. There’s plenty of parking in the back.

Steak 48

Steak 48 serves steaks and high-quality seafood in an intimate and vibrant setting. They have an in-house butcher shop and master butchers who custom cut 28-day wet-aged steaks by hand for cooking in the an1800-degree broiler. They also have a raw bar featuring colossal shrimp, Alaskan king crab, Maine lobster, and freshly shucked East and West Coast oysters which are readily available on ice.

Southern Pecan Gulf Coast Kitchen

The Southern Pecan is a casual restaurant celebrating Gulf Coast cuisine. It features a relaxed ambiance is created by artwork and music that pours blues and jazz into your visit.

RH Rooftop Restaurant

RH Rooftop Restaurant resides on the third floor of RH Charlotte the 50,000 square foot design gallery in Phillip’s Place. Enjoy their menu of timeless classics for brunch and dinner and a selection of wines from esteemed vintners in the United States and Europe.

800° Woodfired Kitchen

800° Woodfired Kitchen is Anthony Carron’s chef-inspired and innovative take on the art of cooking with wood fire. It’s opening soon in Phillip’s Place. Their entire menu is woodfired to perfection, infusing each item with just the right amount of smokiness. Starting with the highest-quality ingredients, scratch dough, fresh produce, and artisan-quality meats and cheeses, and we create an offering as authentic and delicious as it is remarkably diverse. The result is crave-able and irresistibly delicious craft pizza, rotisserie meats, salads, bowls, veggies, and more.

Legion Brewing

A study in New American cuisine, Barrington’s was the first of Chef Bruce Moffett’s restaurants. Located in Foxcroft East in South Park and named for his hometown in Rhode Island, it quickly became a staple of the burgeoning community.
