Want to get out of the house and attend a grown-folk event and participate in a good cause at the same time? I’ve been in the house too long, and I’m thinking of branching out to a social distancing event I was invited to attend and wanted to share with you.
If you’re not familiar, there’s a quaint, upscale venue called Studio 229 on Brevard in Uptown Charlotte and they’re having an evening with Jazz Legend Contemporary jazz saxophonist Mike Phillips and Celebrity Guests, including Jay Harris of ESPN, John Luke, of STORAGE WARS, William Wilson; NASCAR CHAMP/CELEBRITY DESIGNER & Alexander Martin; CO-FOUNDER OF FUBU. And let’s not forget about Beverly Crowder, the Singer/Songwriter/Recording Artist.
Proceeds will benefit the William Wilson Clothier Classic, raising money for domestic violence on May 22, 2021, beginning at 7 pm. Ladies, let’s dress-up cocktail style or come from the office in your sassy suit, jeweled up with some after five glam. There will be a cash bar, lite bites, and surround yourself with some good company of like minds. This event is a registered type of event so they will know that you’re attending on Eventbrite through this link.
