B.M.F. co-founder, Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory, received some great news yesterday.  He will be coming home sooner than later.  A judge reduced his 30 year sentence by 3 years.

Big Meech was convicted of running a nationwide Continual Criminal Enterprise and Conspiracy to Launder Money Instruments.  His organization raked in over $270 million in drug proceeds from the late 90s until 2007.

While in prison, Big Meech has made some big changes in his personal life and continues to impact community in a positive way.  His earned his GED and complete various courses such as health awareness, money management, and parenting classes.  He also coordinated various community events like basketball tournaments and back to school drives under his new program “Build More Families” (the rebrand of B.M.F.)

Several celebrities took to IG to share their excitement about the news including 50 Cent who inked a deal with STARZ to executive produce the story of B.M.F.  Big Meech is now scheduled to be released in 2028.
