When I was in high school, I ran track. I ran the 100 and 200 meter races as well as the 4x100 relay.

I enjoy seeing all of the greatness in track and field that we have seen recently during the Olympic qualifiers. I remember when I first saw Usain Bolt. He was so incredibly fast that it was almost mind blowing.

Well, this week, we have a young man, Erriyon Knighton, who is taking the track and field star by storm. Take a look at the video below to see just what I mean.
