Out of respect, Marvel will no longer allow Stan Lee cameos, his likeness, or his voice in projects.  The Simpsons producer, Al Jean, revealed that he wanted to use pre-recorded audio of the legend for the show but was shut down.  He said, "And they said that their policy is he doesn’t cameo now that he’s passed away, which is a completely understandable policy." Al added that he respected the decision, and it made total sense.
