This is not a drill....a cafe filled with everything Oreo just opened in New Jersey!  The cafe is 3,500 square feet of merchandise and of course, an Oreo bar.  Diners can choose to customize their order of Oreo desserts from over 200 combinations.

OREO STUFFED BROWNIES

Ingredients

  • 10 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 20 Oreos

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare an 8x8 square pan by lining it with foil, leaving the edges to overhang, and spray the foil with a non-stick spray.
  • In a medium-sized and microwave-safe bowl, add the butter, sugar, cocoa, and salt. Microwave for 30 seconds and mix the contents, keep microwaving for 30 seconds at a time, and mixing until all of the butter is melted.
  • Once melted, add in the eggs and vanilla and mix until well combined. Slowly mix in the flour and chocolate chips.
  • Pour half of the batter into your prepared pan, then layer about 14 of the Oreos all across the top. Pour the remaining batter on top.
  • Crush up the remaining Oreos and place them along the top of your brownies for a pretty appearance.
  • Bake for 33-35 minutes, do not overbake. The brownies will be gooey, so make sure you allow them to cool completely before cutting (1-2 hours).

OREO MILKSHAKE

Ingredients

  • 2cups Vanilla Ice Cream 4 scoops
  • 2cups mini oreos 20 mini Oreos
  • 3/4cup milk
  • Whipped cream, shaved chocolate, hot fudge or chocolate, maraschino cherries (all optional)

Instructions

  • In your blender add milk and ice cream in blender and blend till creamy but still chunky.
  • Next add Oreos and blend till chopped up – you do not want them to be totally crunched up you want them to have some crisp to them still.
  • Drizzle fudge or chocolate sauce inside your glass and pour your milkshake in.
  • Top with whipped cream and a cherry.

OREO RICE CRISPY BARS

Homemade Marshmallow Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounces unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1cup (237g) water, divided
  • 1cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 1cup (336g) light corn syrup
  • 1teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8teaspoon salt
  • 4tablespoons butter, melted and cooled

Rice Krispy Bar Ingredients

  • 4cups Rice Krispy cereal
  • 1package (standard size) Oreo Cookies, crumbled (save about a cup for topping)
  • 2cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment.
  • HOMEMADE MARSHMALLOW
  • Mix gelatin and 1/2 cup of the water in the bowl of an electric mixer. Prepare the sugar mixture and while you are doing this the gelatin will bloom.
  • In a small saucepan, bring 1/2 cup of water, sugar, and light corn syrup to a boil.
  • Boil until it reaches 240°F and then remove the pan from heat (about 6 minutes).
  • With the mixer on medium speed and using the whisk attachment, slowly pour the hot liquid into the gelatin.
  • Increase the speed to high and beat mixture until it becomes white and fluffy (about 5 minutes)
  • Turn the mixer to low and add in salt, vanilla, and melted butter. Allow to mix on high for another minute or so and then remove the bowl from the stand mixer.
  • Add in Rice Krispies, crumbled Oreo Cookies (reserve about 1 cup for topping), and mini marshmallows and stir by hand.
  • Stir until everything is well-coated, this should take about a minute and a little elbow grease.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Press mixture down a little then sprinkle remaining Oreo's on top. Use your hand to press the bars down so that they are all the same height.
  • Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes (or up to overnight) to make sure the marshmallows set.

OREO CHEESECAKE BITES

Crust Ingredients

  • 15 Oreo cookies, crumbled
  • 3 tbsps. of melted butter

Filling Ingredients

  • 1 package (6 oz/180 g) of cream cheese
  • 8-10 Oreos, crushed
  • ¼ cup of sour cream
  • 2 tbsps. of flour
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup of melted chocolate for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 F. Line a cupcake tray with foil.
  • For the crust, mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter. Scoop about 1 ½-2 tbsps. of mixture into each cupcake mold and press as firmly and evenly as possible. Bake for 10 minutes and then let cool completely.
  • Lower the temperature to 320 F. Whisk cream cheese, flour, egg and sour cream together. Add crushed Oreos into the batter.
  • Pour the batter into cupcake molds and return to the oven for 40 minutes more.
  • Let the cheesecake bites cool completely, remove from the pan and drizzle with melted chocolate.

OREO CHEESECAKE TRUFFLES

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp crushed peppermint candy
  • 2 tbsp holiday sprinkles
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

 Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Place the cookies into your food processor or blender and pulse until small crumbs.
  • Add in the cream cheese and pulse until the mixture is smooth.
  • Using a small cookie scoop, make balls of the Oreo cheesecake mixture and place onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Cover the balls and freeze for until firm (2 hours to overnight).
  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second increments until just melted.  If too thick, add in coconut oil and stir until combined and thin enough for dipping.
  • Using a fork, dip the frozen ball into the melted chocolate then tap gently to remove any excess.
  • Place the balls back onto the baking sheet and top immediately with sprinkles or crushed candy if desired.
  • Store in an air tight container until ready to serve

AIR FRYER BISCUIT OREOS

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 8 cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar optional

Instructions

  • Pre-heat Air Fryer with Air Fryer pan to 375°.
  • Separate biscuits. Using rolling pin. Flatten out one biscuit. Place one cookie in the center. Fold the biscuit around the cookie. I folded mine from side to side and then from top to bottom and then pinched the edges closed.
  • Place the biscuit in the center of your Air Fryer pan and close. Cook at 375° for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown. Turn over and cook an additional 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Cook times may vary.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
