North Carolina is a state with so many awesome attractions. Although major attractions like Disney World and The Statue of Liberty are alluring to tourists, we know that there are hundreds of one-of-a-kind attractions in North Carolina that locals cherish and they deserve more recognition amongst travelers.

The team at ProMoverReviews created a list of unique and worthy attractions within the U.S. that are slightly off-the-beaten-path for travelers, road-trippers, and thrill-seekers alike.

In North Carolina, we discovered these small-town wonders that deserve some more attention:

1) Llama vineyard
2) House of Mugs
3) Seashell-shaped Shell Gas Station

I don’t know about you but I definitely want to visit the Seashell-shaped Shell Gas Station. That sounds amazing! You can check out the full list of all 150 here.
