At times in life we find that there are different things that motivate us. Some people can give he best motivational speeches and you tend to see them often in sports. Some of the great motivational speeches came from the likes of Ray Lewis and Tim Tebow but sometimes we get those speeches that make you feel as if you can go back to your college or high school days and play again.
Coach Deion Sanders has done so much already for the team that he is the head coach of at Jackson State University. He's changed the culture at the school where he's taken some of the best talent in the country and has gotten them to come to the HBCU instead of going to some of these power 5 and what people may consider top tier schools. You can have all of the talent in the world but if you can't rally those men to play then it is all for not.
