Best Cities For Street Workouts

What do yoga, gymnastics, martial arts, parkour, and pole dancing have in common? They’re all considered a “street workout”, also known as“freestyle calisthenics”.  Street workouts can be done for free outside. They use your own body weight as resistance. You can do them using playground equipment, park benches, streets lamps, or even trees. While most cities are equipped for these types of workouts, some are better than others. But what cities are the best for street workouts? Lawn Love recently set out to find the answer.

They compared over 130 of the biggest U.S. cities to find which ones have the most access to playgrounds, the ratings of street-workout parks, the variety of available equipment, among eight other metrics.
