WASHINGTON, DC - APRIL 28: Chicken sits on the shelf at a grocery store, April 28, 2020 Washington, DC. Meat industry experts say that beef, chicken and pork could become scarce in the United States because many meat processing plants have been temporarily closed down due to the coronavirus pandemic. Tyson Foods took out a full page advertisement over the weekend in several major American newspapers, warning that the food supply chain is on the cusp of breaking. When I first found out I could receive a cash settlement for purchasing chicken, I went crazy! I said now wait a doggone minute. So I cook chicken sometimes 2-3 times a week.

It’s quick and easy a lot of the times and it’s so many recipes that you can make with chicken. So, when I saw this, I said now wait a minute. So from what I gather, the class action lawsuit accuses various chicken providers of knowingly withholding chicken supply in an effort to increase and stabilize the increased prices.

Well, I have no idea who in the heck had the time to figure this out, thank ya!!! I buy these brands listed and immediately entered myself.  The purchase dates, according to the lawsuit, fall from Jan 1, 2009- December 2020. You have until November 10, 2021 to file your claim.
