Bill Cosby thinks that R. Kelly got the short end of the stick with the recent verdict in his trial which found the disgraced singer guilty on all counts of racketeering.

The disgraced actor is blaming New York women's rights attorney Gloria Allred and systemic racism as to why Kelly received the judgment Monday per TMZ.

Andrew Wyatt, Cosby's spokesperson, told the outlet that when Cosby found out he reacted by saying, "The guy was railroaded."

Allred represented alleged victims in both Cosby's case and Kelly's, and Wyatt says "she's running a familiar playbook."

As we previously reported, R. Kelly was found guilty Monday on 9 federal counts, including racketeering, sex crimes, kidnapping, obstruction of justice, and human trafficking.

Kelly is set to be sentenced in May and is looking at 10 years to life but Wyatt told the outlet he doesn't think the singer will be sentenced and that the appeals court will overturn the conviction.
