Jury Selection In The Jussie Smollett Case To Start Next Month

The jury selection for the Jussie Smollett Case will begin next month. Jussie is being charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly staging his attack in 2019. Jussie alleges that he suffered a racist and homophobic attack while he was returning home from Subway. Smollett is being charged with six felony counts of disorderly conduct. Jury selection will begin November 29 that is if the October 15 hearing does not dismiss the charges to this case. The City of Chicago has also filed a lawsuit against Jussie for $130,000.
