How Much Caffeine Is In Your Favorite Drinks?

Listen I get it, you instinctively reach for the coffee in the morning or maybe turn to that energy drink later in the afternoon to get through the day. We all do it. But have you ever wondered how much caffeine is in your favorite drinks? Well, we did the research for you.
But first, you should know how much caffeine is safe for you to consume on a daily basis. According to the Cleveland Clinic: “Healthy adults shouldn’t consume more than 400 milligrams (mg) of caffeine per day. That’s equal to about four 8-ounce cups of brewed coffee or 10 cans of cola. Teens should limit their caffeine intake to less than 100 mg per day (one 8-ounce cup of coffee or about two cans of cola)
