The 33rd season of The Amazing Race will premier on Jan 5 and it will be featuring a couple from Charlotte who you all may know. This season will feature Connie and Sam Greiner from Charlotte. You all may be familiar with the name Sam Greiner he is a football coach at West Charlotte High and a few years ago he lead Harding University High School to their first state championship in school history and came to the Maddhouse wanting help in getting enough money raised to get his players their championship rings.
Filming for the season started in February 2020, but three legs of the race were halted because of COVID-19.
Over one and a half years later and the longest pitstop in the show’s history, “The Amazing Race” resumed and concluded production this fall.
It will also be available for streaming live and on demand through the Paramount+ app.
